Host A FUN FUNDRAISER With PUzzle QUEST!
Tired of car washes and selling candy bars to raise money for your group? We were too! We were Youth Leaders for 9 years before opening Puzzle Quest and our summers consisted of fundraiser after fundraiser. It got difficult to come up with new, creative ideas that didn't cost money up front to participate in. Our goal in providing this escape room fundraiser is to provide you with a new, unique fundraising option.
Escape room fundraisers are available on Wednesday evenings. We have 3 time slots available- 5:00, 6:30, & 8:00.
How it works: You fill out the application letting us know what date & time(s) you're hoping to reserve. Upon receiving confirmation, your group is free to start pre-selling tickets for our usual charge of $30/person. The Sunday before your fundraiser, you can either come into the shop or pay an online invoice to confirm the number of rooms you have reserved. We recommend filling one complete time slot before beginning to sell for another as we charge $120 per room reservation for fundraisers. Our rooms can accommodate up to 8 people.
Example: sell 8 tickets for the 5:00 time slot, make $30 x 8 people = $240. You would pay $120 for the room and make $120 for your group.
More great news- your group doesn't need to show up for the fundraiser! We'll greet those you sold tickets to and guide them through their whole experience. Your group pre-sells tickets, pays for the rooms booked the Sunday prior to your fundraiser, and then you're done.
